1940s Fabulous Shoes

Vintage Shoes Hardly Worn

Stunning pair of 1940s Beaufort C.W.S. Shoes

Product Description

A pair of 1940s fabulous shoes! If these have ever been walked in then it must have been on carpet as these vintage shoes look hardly worn.

This gorgeous pair of Beaufort CWS lace up shoes in black leather would be perfect for Goodwood Revival, not to mention autumn and winter! Barely worn, these beautiful shoes have lovely pierced detail to the uppers.

Approx Size 6 (5½ with woolly socks).  On the base of the shoe are the marks 6 and B2.  I believe the second figure refers to the width.  The heel measures just under 2 inches.

The Co-operative Wholesale Society (C.W.S.) began in 1863 and was one of the largest co-operative organisations in the country.  It changed its name to The Co-operative Group in 2001.
