1940s Utility Shoes
Beautiful 1940s Utility Shoes with CC41 stamp
A lovely pair of 1940s Utility Shoes in blue suede by Dolcis. A piece of fashion history!
It’s amazing that this pair of 1940s blue suede Utility shoes are still available for vintage lovers to wear today! Although there has been some wear (no surprise there!), they still retain their style and the glamour we associate with the film noir stars of the time. Very Veronica; very Barbara! CC41 stamp still partly visible on the inside of each shoe.
UK Size 5; heel size 4″
Condition: These shoes have been worn a fair bit, judging from the soles but few people had several pairs of shoes during this time so it’s not too surprising. Both shoes still have metal blakeys though one is partly worn away. The CC41 stamp is still partly visible on the inside of each shoe. There are a few small areas of wear to the suede. I have taken quite a few close ups so if you would like to see more photos, please do just email me firstname.lastname@example.org If you love the 1940s fashions, then it is certainly worth popping into the shop to fit these on or asking to take a closer look.
If you’re looking specifically for vintage 1940s clothing, do drop me a line as we do have 1940s black jackets and skirts in our Winchester shop. Only a fraction of our current stock appears on our website.
